Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damage items. If any of these applies, please contact us at kuykasgroup@gmail.com with photos of incorrect items or damage and we will solve it for you.
Can I exchange an item for another size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, check our size charts: we have one for each item listed in our store, in the product description section.
