We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is any problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at kuykasgroup@gmail.com

• You can cancel the order within 24 hours. 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damage items. If any of these applies, please contact us at kuykasgroup@gmail.com with photos of incorrect items or damage and we will solve it for you. 

Can I exchange an item for another size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not sure which size would fit you best, check our size charts: we have one for each item listed in our store, in the product description section.
